Snappers Lacrosse Club is an evolving program started by two brothers from the University of Maryland and Loyola University with the goal of developing elite players and providing them with the opportunity to showcase their talents at top recruiting tournaments throughout the year.
Club Directors, Will Dalton and JP Dalton bring a wealth of lacrosse knowledge to the Snappers program. Will Dalton was a former Professional Lacrosse player in both the MLL & NLL along with being an undergraduate coach and team captain for the University of Maryland Lacrosse Team. While JP Dalton who is a current Professional Lacrosse player with the MLL Charlotte Hounds and was a former Team Captain for the 2012 Division I National Champions Loyola Greyhounds. The Dalton brothers have brought together a world-class staff of coaches who are dedicated to teaching players the proper techniques showcased at the collegiate lacrosse level. Our staff is comprised of current college coaches and players that represent Divisions I, II and III, along with current professional lacrosse players who play in both the MLL and NLL.
Our goal is to operate a club lacrosse team comprised of select players in the Maryland region with a focus on individual player development and learning team offensive and defensive skills through practices and skill sessions. As a member of this club team, you will be afforded the opportunity to receive college and professional level coaching, participate in elite recruiting tournaments, and obtain a maximum level of lacrosse education in a fun and energetic atmosphere.
In addition to receiving college level caliber coaching to improve your skills, you will also gain a valuable resource in coaches who are willing and able to provide assistance throughout the college recruiting process. Snappers Lacrosse Club is the only club lacrosse program with current college lacrosse coaches on staff.
Our program is built with the University of Maryland Tradition to “Be The Best,” and we strive to instill that in each and every one of our players.
