Associate Head Coach: Joanna Dalton
Joanna Dalton a 2013 graduate from Loyola University Maryland. Dalton will bring extensive experience to the Lady SLC program. Most recently she played at the top collegiate level in the Women’s Division I program where she led her team as captain to the Big East playoffs and elite 8 NCAA Quarter Finals. Over her four years at Loyola, the greyhounds achieved two Big East titles and three NCAA Quarter Final appearances. She was awarded Big East All-Tournament team and was selected to play in the intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association/Under Armour North-South Senior All-Star Game. She is the youngest of three who all share a passion for the sport. Both older brothers having played at the Division I and professional level.
Associate Head Coach: Caroline Cochran
A graduate from the University of Florida in 2012. During her collegiate career, Cochran played at the University of Virginia and transferred to UF her sophomore year, after they obtained a Division 1 program. Cochran served as team captain both her junior and senior year. She helped lead her team to two ALC championships and a NCAA Final Four appearance in 2012. She will bring her knowledge and high-level experience to the Lady SLC program. Cochran is most excited about starting the program with her former high school teammate, Joanna Dalton. The two coaches developed a passion for the sport at a young age and hope to bring the same enthusiasm to the Lady Snappers program.
